We have currently taken the responsible decision to cancel our clinics until an undetermined future date.
We will be offering telephone consultations at request (email to schedule an appointment at email@example.com). This will be invoiced accordingly.
If you have any of the following symptoms, fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose or you are feeling generally unwell, Please follow Government advice published at http://nhs.uk/coronavirus.
You can book an appointment online within 60seconds. Simply click on the location you wish to attend and follow the instructions.

Cancellations/Did not attend (DNA) Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment you must do so 24 hours before, if not you will be charged. Wholelife Physiotherapy have a booking policy for not attending booked appointments. This means that patients who do not attend their appointment or cancel within 24 hours will be charged the full fee or at a discount of £32.50 if invoice is paid within 10 days.
Private Health Insurance
For patients with private medical insurance, we are able to claim direct from your insurer on your behalf. We are recognised providers by most Medical Insurance Companies. Our invoice should be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. If your insurance company delay settlement you may be asked to settle the invoice. It is your responsibility to identify and follow your insurance company’s referral procedure. You MUST be aware of your level of cover and whether an excess applies to your policy. If you have an excess you are required to pay this after each treatment until the excess amount has been reached.
Your insurance company will be charged at a previously agreed rate with Wholelife Physiotherapy.
Please note that all insurance companies including BUPA/AXA/Simply Health and Pru Health do not pay for missed sessions. Any missed appointments are subject to the above cancellation / DNA policy. If you have any questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org
