FEES
Initial consultation (45 minutes) - £45 / £35 (student / OP discount)
Follow up appointments (30 minutes) - £35 / £30 (student / OP discount)
Acupunture - £45 (45 minutes)
Home visits £85 (evenings and weekends)
We offer complementary phone consultations before you make an appointment
Self-Payers
NB – self-payers are requested to pay by cheque or cash; VISA, MasterCard etc are not yet accepted. Payment will be collected at the end of each appointment
Insurance
Please contact your insurance company before contacting the clinic to arrange a consultation and treatment.
We advise that you find out the following information before contacting us:
1.Whether you are covered for Physiotherapy?
a.Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered
b.Is there a limit to the number of weeks over which you may receive treatment
2.Whether you require a Doctor’s referral?
3.If you require a claim form and if the form needs to be signed by a Doctor or whether the Physiotherapist can sign it?
4.If you have an excess on your policy?
5.If there is a maximum amount per session covered?
Once you have provided the necessary information we will deal directly with your insurance company. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Practice Policies
Cancellation policy – 24 hours notice is required. In accordance with standard policy, a full charge will be made for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Late-comers – If you arrive late for appointments your Physiotherapist will only be able to treat you for the remainder of the session.
Claiming on Insurance – If your insurance company has not settled your account within 90 days, you will be expected to pay the outstanding amount.
At the end of your treatment a discharge report will be sent to your referrer (GP, Consultant).

Should a copy of your notes be requested you will be required to sign a consent form for their release. An administration fee will then be charged for the release, copying and posting of notes.
